Runeberg´s Day in J. L. Runeberg´s Home Museum

During Runeberg Day the museum is celebrating with open doors. The museum is open 10 AM – 7 PM with free entry the whole day.

at 2 PM: Presentation in Finnish by Topi Artukka: ”Tanssiaisia, seuraleikkejä ja vastaanottoja – seurallisuuden kulttuuri säätyläisten arjen muokkaajana Runebergien aikaan”.

at 4.30 PM Try a Runeberg’s cake in the yard.

at 6.15 PM The voluntary fire brigade’s torch parade and the choir Runebergskören BSB present their greetings in front of Runeberg’s home

12 AM in Swedish
3 PM in English
4 PM in Finnish
5 PM in Swedish
The tours are not suitable for groups.
