Old Porvoo is haunted.
The most anticipated event of the whole year, Ghost Night, is a scary but safe evening in the old town.
The district is undergoing a ghostly transformation.
The area’s shops and restaurants, decorated according to the theme, serve late into the evening.
The event area is filled with surprising light and soundscapes, and the strangest creatures and fellow travelers.
You can shop in ghostly shops until the evening and settle down to enjoy the autumn harvest in the restaurants. Welcome to enjoy ghost delicacies and a wonderfully creepy atmosphere at Spök Natten’s cafes.
The program includes i.a. A ghost competition where the best and bravest ghosts of the evening are rewarded with an Old Porvoo gift card.
Instructions and competitions are published on 15.10 and they can be found i.a. in the discussions about the event.
Ghost Night is full of magic and surprises.
The old Town Hall Square is the gathering place for all ghosts.
During the evening there are programs and shows on the old Town Hall Square.
Everyone can join in and create the atmosphere by dressing according to the theme.
